None of this is visible on your homepage. All of it decides whether ChatGPT, Gemini or Google can describe your practice as facts instead of guessing from prose.
llms.txt
The plain-text file AI crawlers look for first. It says who you are, who you help and how to book. Almost no practice site has one.

Your robots.txt can silently block ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini. A blocked assistant cannot recommend you.
Google Business Profile
Whether a profile links back to this website. It is the single biggest lever for Maps, and Google connects the two only if the link is there.

Is it really free?
Yes. The full result shows on this page with no email address. The email box is there only if you want the result sent to you, and the newsletter is a separate tick box you can leave empty.
What do you read, and do you change anything?
Public files only: your homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt, up to a dozen pages listed in your sitemap, a Google PageSpeed run on your homepage, a public Google Places lookup for a Business Profile that links to your site, and a protocol-level readiness check. Nothing is logged into and nothing is changed. We keep the result so your link works later.
My site is on Squarespace, Wix or SimplePractice. Can I fix these myself?
Most of them, yes. Title, description and heading are settings on every platform. Squarespace and Wix accept a schema block through code injection. llms.txt is possible on some platforms and not others, and the result says which fixes need a developer.
