Structured data
A schema block that states your name, services, area and booking link. Without it, an assistant has to infer who you are. How Google reads a practice site.
Paste your website. We check what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google can actually read about you, then tell you the first three things to fix. No email needed to see the result.
Built for therapy practices in the US and Canada. We read public files only, the same ones an assistant reads, and we change nothing.
Reading your homepage
Usually 15 to 30 seconds. Google's mobile speed score arrives on its own a little later.
None of this is visible on your homepage. All of it decides whether ChatGPT, Gemini or Google can describe your practice as facts instead of guessing from prose.
A schema block that states your name, services, area and booking link. Without it, an assistant has to infer who you are. How Google reads a practice site.
The plain-text file AI crawlers look for first. It says who you are, who you help and how to book. Almost no practice site has one. What gets a practice recommended by AI.
Your robots.txt can silently block ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini. A blocked assistant cannot recommend you. How answer engine optimization works.
Whether a profile links back to this website. It is the single biggest lever for Maps, and Google connects the two only if the link is there. Local SEO for therapists.
We open up to a dozen pages from your sitemap and check each for what Google grades: it loads, it can be indexed, it has a title, a description, one main heading, a self canonical, and enough words to rank. What a page needs to do its job.
Title, description, one main heading, canonical link, sitemap, plus Google's own mobile speed score, which fills in once Google answers. All our guides for therapists.
AI readiness is whether an assistant can read your website as facts: who the practice is, who it helps, where, and how to book. It rests on public files, structured data, llms.txt, crawler permissions, a sitemap, and pages that load and say enough. It is not the same as AI visibility, which is whether assistants actually name you when someone asks. Readiness comes first. The scan above measures it. The five steps here measure visibility, by hand, in about five minutes.
Yes. The full result shows on this page with no email address. The email box is there only if you want the result sent to you, and the newsletter is a separate tick box you can leave empty.
Public files only: your homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt, up to a dozen pages listed in your sitemap, a Google PageSpeed run on your homepage, a public Google Places lookup for a Business Profile that links to your site, and a protocol-level readiness check. Nothing is logged into and nothing is changed. We keep the result so your link works later.
Exact for what it reads: a file is either there or it is not, a page either loads or it does not, a tag is either present or missing. Two things it cannot see: schema added by a tag manager after the page loads, because most AI crawlers never run that code either, and a Business Profile that does not link to your website, which is why the result says "not linked" rather than "none". Google's speed score is a lab test and moves a few points between runs. When bot protection blocks our crawler, the result says so instead of guessing.
We search Google Places for your practice name and your domain, then look for a profile whose website is this site. If your profile points at a booking page, a directory listing or an old domain, it shows as not linked. If it is named differently from your website, it can show as not found. Either way the fix is the same: open your profile and set the website to this address.
Most of them, yes. Title, description and heading are settings on every platform. Squarespace and Wix accept a schema block through code injection. llms.txt is possible on some platforms and not others, and the result says which fixes need a developer. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity for a therapist the way they used to ask Google. Those assistants can only recommend practices they can read. The scan shows whether yours is one of them. How practices get recommended by AI covers what happens after readiness.
Yes. A result is kept for the day so your link works, and a re-scan is allowed ten minutes after the last one. Fix the title, wait a few minutes, scan again.
