Before we ask you to commit to ongoing work, we want the website, tracking, listings, and proof system on stable ground. That makes the next phase more useful and easier to measure.

Website foundation

We confirm access, map priorities, and rebuild or launch the site on Moonraker's Cloudflare R2 foundation.

Audit-driven remediation

We improve important pages, service content, Google Business Profile, local listings, FAQs, and the proof visitors need before they contact you.

Days 61-90

Verification and handoff

We organize the larger proof system, improve YouTube after access is granted, set the first reporting baseline, and document what changed.
