Make your services easy to understand.
Website optimization helps prospective clients understand a therapy practice's services, clinicians and locations. Moonraker improves the agreed page content, internal links, metadata and technical structure. A useful page answers the visitor's decision first, then provides supporting details and a clear way to contact the practice.
Updated
Make your services clear
A therapy website can be thoughtful and still be hard to follow. When the question an AI tool asks is "What services do you provide?", a vague website leads to vague or missing answers. We turn unclear pages into clear service, bio, location, and FAQ content so people and search tools know what you offer.
Service Pages
We build clear service pages for the issues, people, and therapy types you want to be known for. Each page explains what you help with, who you help, and how the service works.
Search tools need clear service pages before they can match your practice to the right client need. When the page is specific, both prospective clients and AI tools can understand the offer.
What this covers
- A dedicated page for each specialty you want to be found for
- Plain-language descriptions of what you treat and who you help
- How the service works and what a client can expect
- A clear next step toward booking a consultation
Bio Pages
We build dedicated bio pages so each provider is easy to understand and easy to verify. Credentials, specialized training, and NPI links are structured so visitors and search tools can confirm who provides the care.
A clear bio page also helps connect the provider to the services and locations they work in, so the practice reads as one consistent picture.
Location and Telehealth Pages
We build location pages that show where the practice serves clients and which areas matter most, including telehealth service areas where that applies.
Local search depends on clear location and service-area information. When the areas you serve are spelled out, it is easier for nearby clients to find you.
Service FAQs
We add service-specific FAQ sections that answer the common questions prospective clients have before they reach out, written in plain language.
Helpful FAQs give Google and AI tools clear facts to draw from, and they reduce the friction between a question and a booked consultation.
Why does this matter?
When someone asks Google or an AI tool what a therapist treats, your website is the source those systems read. People cannot find a service Google does not understand, so a vague page leads to vague or missing answers. Clear service, bio, location, and FAQ content helps the right people reach you.
Make the site easy to read and use
Once the content is clear, the next step is making the site itself easy for search engines to read and easy for visitors to act on. This is the behind-the-scenes cleanup that helps Google and AI tools understand the facts on each page.
Search-friendly Page Structure
We organize page titles, headings, internal links, and behind-the-scenes labels so search engines can read the site clearly. Clear labels help Google and AI tools understand the facts on the page.
What this covers
- Helpful page titles and a clear heading order
- Internal links that connect related pages
- Behind-the-scenes labels that connect pages to the practice, providers, services, and locations
- A cleaner overall page flow and site path
Website Cleanup and Speed
We clean up the basics that get in the way of a clear site: headings, page titles, internal links, page structure, and loading speed.
We focus this work where it strengthens your online presence, and avoid busywork that looks active but does not make the practice easier to find, understand, or contact.
How this works
- Headings and page titles tidied for clarity
- Internal links and page structure cleaned up
- Loading speed improved where it helps
- A clear booking route and contact path so visitors know the next step
What makes a service page useful?
For example, an EMDR page can explain who the service is for, which clinician provides it, whether appointments are in person or online, and how to ask about availability. Link to the clinician biography and relevant location page. Do not invent treatment outcomes or create a separate page for every wording of the same question.
What we check
- Read the page as a prospective client and identify unanswered questions.
- Add confirmed service, clinician, location and contact details with useful internal links.
- Check the published HTML, mobile layout and indexing controls after the change.
Quick answers
Frequently asked questions
Does every page need 1,000 words?
No. Use enough detail to answer the visitor's question. Google says there is no ideal page length for AI search.
Do FAQs need special AI markup?
Useful questions and answers should be readable on the page. FAQPage markup can describe that content, but Google does not require a special schema type for its AI features.
Can you work on our existing platform?
Yes. Foundation and Visibility Growth work on your current website. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
