Which program is right for us?

Foundation fits a practice whose site exists but is not pulling its weight, where the main gaps are fixes rather than missing pages. Visibility Growth fits a practice with one or two services to grow that needs new pages to be found for them. Practice Growth 365 fits any practice, solo or group, that wants the most value, the most support and its investment protected by the Double Your Investment Guarantee. Do I own my website and content?

Yes. You own the website and everything we create for it.

Does it work on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress or SimplePractice?

Yes. Some builders cap what can be changed. We report anything the platform blocks, and it does not stop your rankings, AI citations or growth.

What is the rebuild, exactly?

An optional part of Practice Growth 365, chosen at the start: a completely new, modern design built from deep brand research into your practice. It is built in code, and you can manage it conversationally through the AI model of your choice. We recommend Claude. Some practices skip it because they love their current builder, or because other teams work on the site.

How do the guarantees work?

Visibility Growth and Practice Growth 365 guarantee an increase in AI citations from your dated baseline, measured on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. Practice Growth 365 adds the Double Your Investment Guarantee: new clients worth at least twice your investment within 12 months, valued at an average revenue per client agreed in writing before work starts. If a guarantee is not met, we keep working at no agency fee until it is. The full terms and conditions are in your agreement.

How does payment work?

Your proposal sets out the fee. You can pay upfront or monthly across the term, and spreading it out adds nothing to the total. Bank payments carry no fee; card payments add a 3.5% processing fee. All prices are in US dollars. Want to put the investment in context? Run your numbers on what a new client is worth.

Can I stop the monthly payments partway?

The program runs for its term. You can always pay ahead, and if cash flow gets tight we will talk it through. You can pause for up to four weeks a year.

Is my clients' information safe?

Yes. No client health information goes through our systems, ever. Your inquiry sheet stays in your own Google Drive, and our reporting reads only the date, source and status.

How long until I see results?

It builds over months, not days. Onboarding and your baseline come in the first two weeks, then you get a report every month showing exactly what has changed since your baseline.

What happens after the term?

You can renew, or join the Moonraker Academy: weekly live webinars, access to Scott, and a community of practices sharing referrals and what is working. Nothing renews automatically.
