Therapy website case study
Life Threads Therapy.
A website that brings the right clients.
Rebuilding a West Los Angeles practice's website from Squarespace to a bespoke site, and sharpening how the practice is positioned along the way.

In Bree's words
Working with Scott Pope and the Moonraker team on my new website has made a huge difference to my practice. Before, my practice was difficult to find online, and inquiries were few and far between. Now, inquiries are coming in effortlessly, and every client who reaches out feels like a perfect fit. The website has connected me with the people I’m excited to work with!
Working directly with Scott was such a valuable part of the process. He helped me narrow down my niche and gain clarity on how to position my practice, and he was always willing to share tips, answer questions, and offer guidance to both me and my team. I really appreciated how supportive he was throughout the process.
The practice
A growing group practice in West Los Angeles.
Life Threads Therapy offers in-person sessions at its Barrington Avenue office and virtual therapy throughout California. Bree leads a team of clinicians working with anxiety, depression, trauma and relationships.
Before the rebuild, the practice ran on Squarespace. In Bree's words, it was difficult to find online, and inquiries were few and far between.

Clear positioning first. Then a site built around it.
We started with positioning: who the practice is best for, and how to say that clearly. That shaped every page that followed.
The bespoke site gives each approach its own page, including anxiety therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic therapy, CBT and DBT, alongside pages for couples, teens, kids and men. Local pages cover West Los Angeles, Brentwood, Culver City and Marina del Rey, and online therapy across California.
Practical questions get direct answers: a pricing page, a guide to therapy costs in Los Angeles and an insurance reimbursement estimator. Booking a free consultation goes straight to the practice's own scheduling system.
