Elizabeth Harding, LMFT, solo practice owner, Petaluma, California

Verbatim excerpt from Elizabeth's five-star Google review, posted 4 November 2026.

The practice

A solo therapist with a personal approach.

Elizabeth Harding is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Petaluma, California. She works with individuals and couples, with a focus on relationships, anxiety, trauma and Internal Family Systems therapy. Her practice offers in-person sessions in Petaluma and online therapy across California.

Her website needed to help people understand both the support she offers and the person they would be working with.

The starting point

A quieter spell. A clear reason to seek support.

Elizabeth came to Moonraker when her private practice was going through a slump. She wanted help improving her online marketing and bringing in more client inquiries.

The starting point was her existing website and online presence. The work needed to reflect Elizabeth's own approach, with her direction shaping the changes.

The work

Improve the site she already had.

Moonraker worked on the practice's search presence and website content, including service information, the homepage and a fuller professional bio. The bio brought together Elizabeth's approach, training and credentials, with her review before publication.

The team also supported local directory listings and cleaned up old versions of pages, redirecting them to their current replacements.

Elizabeth stayed on Squarespace. In our wrap-up call, she said she valued being able to log in and make her own changes. The aim was a stronger website and online presence on a platform she was comfortable using.

The result

More inquiries than she had room for.

By September, Elizabeth told us she had been referring new inquiries elsewhere for several months because she had no openings. At our November wrap-up, she described a sustained increase in inquiries and said she had expanded her local referral network to help people she could not take on.

She also described a change in confidence. She felt better about sharing her website with prospective clients and fellow therapists, and said people were arriving at their first conversation already familiar with her approach.

For Elizabeth, success meant a busy solo practice, a website she felt proud of and more confidence in how her work was presented online.

What this story shows

Visibility matters when it supports the practice you want.

Elizabeth's experience shows why website work starts with the practitioner's goals: the right information, a clear sense of fit and a website that reflects the way they work.

The outcomes here are Elizabeth's own account. We have not assigned every inquiry to a particular channel or turned her experience into a promised result for another practice.
