Extension privacy.
This policy describes the Moonraker Practice Visibility Toolkit Chrome extension. The Moonraker privacy policy also applies to its hosted services.
What the extension accesses
When you click the Moonraker toolbar icon, it reads the active tab's address to suggest a website for a check. It removes paths, query strings and fragments before using the address. It does not read page content, cookies, passwords, patient records or browsing history. Merely opening the extension does not start a website scan.
What goes to Moonraker
When you unlock the toolkit, your first name and email are submitted to Moonraker's newsletter service after you confirm the offer. When you request a check, the website origin and details you enter go to clients.moonraker.ai. Listing checks may include the practice name, town, public phone, practitioner name, Google listing URL and NPI number. Do not enter patient information or private portal addresses.
Moonraker's existing services store reports and may use external search, website rendering and analysis providers to produce the results. Listing checks and practice website audits send report emails. Other report emails require a separate request. Your existing newsletter preferences are respected. Unsubscribe through a newsletter email at any time.
Calculator figures
Calculator inputs and estimates are processed inside the extension, are not sent to Moonraker, and are not persisted when you leave that tool. Copying an estimate is an explicit action that places it on your clipboard.
Local storage and retention
The extension keeps up to 20 report references on this device for seven days. Private audit references include a report access token, so anyone using the same Chrome profile may open those reports. Local references expire when the toolkit next opens or saves a result. Current reports and signup details use Chrome session storage, which clears when the browser session ends; toolkit access expires after 24 hours. No extension data is synced through Chrome Sync.
Use Privacy & settings to clear this device's toolkit data. This does not delete Moonraker's server reports or unsubscribe an email address. See the Moonraker privacy policy or contact support about server retention and deletion.
Use and sharing
Extension data is used to provide the requested practice-visibility tools and disclosed newsletter and report services. The extension includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It does not sell browsing activity. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
